STRUCTURAL RELEASE focuses on the connective tissue or fascia of the body. Fascia is designed to be elastic and move freely with muscles and bones. Tightened fascia pulls our muscles and skeleton out of proper alignment which can cause pain, discomfort and fatigue. SR lengthens, stretches and softens the tissue to restore postural balance
and ease of movement.
Session are done with the client wearing shorts and generally using a small amount of warm water or lotion to move deeply and slowly. This is generally offered in a series of 90 minute sessions.
