Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People receive this treatment for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow (The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow), relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Cups will be placed on various areas of the body as well as being put on
muscle groups using range of motion simultaneously.
The client may experience a deeper release of stagnation & inflammation as well as relief from pain using cupping & range of motion cupping than general massage strokes.
